Fuel surcharge +25% of quoted travel cost (Applicable to land transportation by car ; not applicable when our technician travels by plane / ferry / train etc).

Charges exclude cable laying, removal of panels, concrete hacking, and hot works.Hourly rate min charge 2 man-hours.

Cancellation fee once job is confirmed and service engineer assigned, we´ll charge 20% over estimated service hours and spares. 

Anchorage fee (if applicable) 70 € per man/day

Service boat (if any) will be charged at net 60€ Normal Time / 80€ Overtime and Weekend & Public Holiday (per man-hour).

We´ll charge per person waiting time (if any) as per our rates 90 € NT, 115 €, OT, 124 € W. & P. Holiday and OPL, -% customer discount .

Waiting time once service engineer at destination and not allowing to board vessel on time will be charged 495 euros/day plusexpenses

Travel expenses (If needed) like hotel, airport parking, tolls, flight tickets, meals, etc., will be invoiced at cost +10% .

Overtime rates applicable if more than 50% of the hours involved are overtime on annual inspection, VDR, gyro overhaul.

Confirmation of service engineer availability upon reception of customer PO and after checking with the vessel agent.

If any device must be repaired it will be charged separately; used spares, will be invoiced separately as previously quoted.
